Project Onward provides more than 60 neurodiverse artists with the opportunity to create their work in a safe, supportive studio environment, access to workspace, materials, and professional guidance.

Sheila Smith creates large, vibrant paintings filled with swirling circles, layered patterns, and flowing acrylic color inspired by emotion, faith, and personal growth. Since joining Project Onward in 2014, Sheila has used her work to share hope, comfort, and joy by showing how art can empower both the artist and the community around her.
