David A. Holt (b. 1984) is a South Chicago-based artist whose vibrant paintings and drawings are inspired by celebrity culture, memory, and community. A longtime member of Project Onward, Holt uses his work to honor public figures and personal connections, often creating heartfelt “memorial portraits” with immediacy and emotional depth.
